The Foundation's activities focus on a holistic approach to human beings. Its main activity focuses on running the "Holistic School of Trainers," which is an extension of the "Train the trainers" courses run by the Foundation for banks and other large corporations.

Another aspect of the Foundation's activities is environmental education and the development of the "Center in the Field," which is a center for personal development in harmony with the world around us. It is a training site for trainers conducting workshops on a wide variety of topics.

The third pillar of the Foundation's activities are projects carried out in international partnerships throughout Europe. The projects we carry out allow us to create comprehensive educational programs, which we then distribute to graduates of the Holistic School of Trainers and the companies we work with. In this way, we make a real impact on promoting the employment of young people and the professional activation of older people.

MOBILITY FRIENDS is a non-profit association with based in the district of Braga, which specializes in European Internship Programs, promotes, organizes and supports
international mobility programs, international meetings on topics of common interest interest, multiculturalism and interculturalism. The association strives to be a coherent and dynamic space, creating educational, cultural, social and recreational projects that promote its mission, values and goals.

The projects and mobilities promoted by the association are designed for every citizen and can take place at the local, national and international levels, through partnerships and networks with other public and private.

In 9 years of experience with more than 18. 500 participants hosted in Portugal from different countries has allowed the organization to determine the main areas of action, focused on:
- e-skills for volunteers in terms of
social integration and employability;
- capacity building to promote equal opportunities and combat
discrimination;
- training in electronic materials at an advanced level with new technologies in education;
- social coaching as a method of working with disadvantaged groups;
- European quality assurance
quality assurance in international mobility in vocational education and training through behavior that is
socially responsible behavior;
- combating social exclusion of people from disadvantaged social classes, low educational level, people with physical and mental disabilities, the elderly and racial minorities;

Founded in 2018, Youth on board is a youth-driven non-profit organization based in the University town of Shtip, North Macedonia, striving to promote youth development and empowerment through philanthropy. Run by youths, for youths, we plan and execute events to show the impact one can make in the community while encouraging the act of giving back.

Activities of our organization are divided in several podcasts: international work with organizations from all over the world, activities on local level organized within significant institutions such as High School, Universities, local youth Council, etc., and free activities where young people can implement their fresh ideas and turn it into a project. Our activities include, but are not limited to, environmental, social, advocacy and human rights, youth work, mainly connected with interests of youngsters.

We work to promote social or political change on a broad scale or very locally. Our organization plays a crucial part in developing society, improving communities, and promoting citizen participation. Nowadays, more and more people want to use their careers to have a positive influence on the planet and society. We decided to take the path towards working for our organization Youth on Board. There is no limit age for inclusion in our organization. You should only have will, free spirit, creative ideas and much enthusiasm to get involved into it!
